Designer By Your Side moves at the pace that feels right for you. This service is offered in 2-hour or 4-hour blocks, providing you with the flexibility to make decisions quickly or take more time to dive deeper. Every session is tailored to your needs and the nature of your project.
Full Service has a more structured path:
- Initial Meeting (90 minutes) — defining scope and budget
- Conceptual Design (6–8 weeks)
- Detailed Design (4-6 weeks)
- Procurement & Installation/Styling (3–5 months, especially with custom pieces)
- Photo Shoot — typically within a week of install, to capture the finished space
- Punch List — handling final details so every element is just right
As Christie shares: “We don’t walk away until everything’s done. If a chandelier arrives cracked, we replace it. The job isn’t finished until it’s right.”
What happens when things don’t go as planned?
Design projects rarely run without a single hiccup, but Christie says that’s part of the job.
She shared, “Things happen. Products go out of stock, shipping gets delayed, a piece arrives damaged… My role is to navigate those moments without derailing the vision. That’s why certain fees, such as the furnishing fee, are set up front. It means I can secure what we need without compromising quality or style.”
