This versatile room features three distinct seating areas, allowing it to comfortably accommodate 12-16 guests while also providing a cozy atmosphere for smaller, more intimate gatherings.

The Armiger House at Loyola University underwent a grand transformation! Envisioning a dynamic space primed for the University's frequent fundraising dinners, we set out to revamp the dining room. Our goal? A room that effortlessly accommodates the President's family on ordinary weekdays yet seamlessly morphs into a glamorous venue for larger events.

Our focus on this project was to create a refreshed and sophisticated design that would also be practical for the children and family dog. 

We made the space feel larger by brightening up the wall color, updating the lighting, installing custom window treatments with specially designed trim, and creating a refined yet cozy reading corner by the fireplace. We chose high-performance dual fabrics for the furniture and rug as well as a space for storing toys.

Introducing large print wallpaper paired with a bold paint color draws the gaze toward the gorgeous vaulted ceiling while making the white wooden shutters pop as they pour in natural light.

We added a custom-bound broadloom rug to mirror the bright white contrast throughout and drew inspiration from the existing gold-legged stools. Tying it all together with a modern ceiling fan to match the darker accent pieces.

To modernize this grand foyer and make it more inviting, we modified the color palette and brought in a jaw-dropping wagon wheel chandelier.
On a more granular level, we installed handcrafted wainscotting and a custom staircase and handrail. We also removed the dated columns and replaced the flooring. Both the woodwork and walls are painted in a bright white low-sheen paint. We brought in a tailor-made runner and matching entry floor mat to complete the space.

With the focal point set on a vibrant handcrafted console, our goal was to brighten the space by leveraging the large windows, using a high-sheen ceiling paint, and carefully selecting custom furniture and fabrics.

Knowing the importance of this room as a hub for large family gatherings, we had a curved custom sectional specially designed to allow for more seating without crowding. Pulling it together with a modern ceiling fan and thoughtfully selected accent pieces.

From unused and uninspired to one of the most beloved places in their home, this client came to us not knowing what they wanted to do with this sunroom.

Driven by our client’s personality and style, we transformed this space using bold paint to make the windows pop, large-scale patterned wallpaper on the ceiling, and a custom broadloom rug. Finally, we added plants to help bring the outside in.

Leveraging soft-light walls, paired with the subtly contrasting trim, allows the eye to be drawn to the modest yet stunning farmhouse-style canopy bedframe with matching nightstands and dresser.

We installed tailor-made linen window treatments, remote-controlled natural woven shades, custom wall-to-wall carpeting, a cozy corner seat bench, and serene artwork to complete a comforting, tranquil feel.
